(Best to do before Chakra Toning Daily Practice).

Vocal Warm Ups Exercises

Chakra Toning

Chakra Toning is a practice designed to cultivate a relationship with each of the energetic centers, as well as to develop the sensitivity to feel the subtle energies flowing through each Chakra. We use this practice in order to clear any stagnancy and balance the flow of Prana through the energetic anatomy.

Do not worry if you do not feel much to begin with. With repeated practice we are able to cultivate more sensitivity.

Remember that intention is key. Visualize the energy flowing through each center as you repeat each of the sounds for each center.

On the first day, watch the video as part of the Daily Practice, then each subsequent day, simply follow along with the audio below.

Find this practice in the Sound Ceremony Manual - Page 153 - only available in the Sound Ceremony Trainings.

SoundWeaving in Nature

During this final week, we want to invite you to find the time to connect in nature and discover nature's song for 10 minutes each day. Go into your garden, or take a walk if you live near lots of nature, or if you are in an apartment, sing to your pot plant, buy some flowers and connect with them and share their song.

Notice how the sound evolves and changes and a conversation through sound can be explored together.

Be receptive. It's not about how it sounds, but how it feels.

Sing to express, not to impress...:) It is nature's song, it is not yours.

Allow yourself to be the channel and just let it flow through you.
